Completed moulds are transferred to the final dry, by the robot, from the inter-coat drier.

After the last mould is loaded, the final drier continues to index on a time base, to ensure that all moulds are rotated and indexed around the rotary diffusers.

The final drier has sufficient capacity for two batches of completed moulds - so in a continuoius process, the second batch would be transferred to the final dry conveyor as batch three starts the coating program and the first batch which is already in the final drier will be transferred by an automatic transfer to the de-wax unload point where the shells are removed from the hangers and sent to be de-waxed, with the mould plates being transferred to the return conveyor.
