After the completed mould shells have been removed from the hangers, the mould plates are transferred to this return conveyor, which transports them to the wax conveyor, where new wax patterns are loaded to the plates and the production cycle repeats.

The new wax patterns are ready for coating at the same time as the previous batch is ready for transfer from the inter-coat drier.
