ROBOTIC GLAZE SPRAY SYSTEM Designed to provide continuous production spraying of 20,000 products during a two shift ,five day week. The system is PLC controlled, providing menu selection of movement programmes for non technical operators. Full multi colour or glaze, auto spray gun selection is available together with total recipe handling and reporting systems. CLAY PALLETISING MACHINE Typically programmable for up to nine different diameters or square pugs of clay presenting one every four seconds. The machine may be "stand alone" or part of a total automation package with either x & z or x,y & z axis Machines are designed to suit the customers specific requirement. Automatic pallet detectors and pallet transfers can be installed to form an integrated process line. Operational controls are designed for easy access, via an operator interface, to pre-programmed recipes for production control. Pre-programmed parameters are set to meet the customer requirements of product range and specification.
